Getting Started To begin using CMS Wizard, all you need to do is: Step 1: Apply to be a reseller Click here to let us know you would like to become a CMS Wizard user. We will then answer any questions you may have and send you a contract to sign and return. Step 2: Receive the software Once you have been accepted as a reseller, we will send an CMS Wizard CD, which contains the Standard Website package, the E-commerce Packages, plus various support documents and guides for you to use, including a template for quotations and sample customer contract. Step 3: Receive you training Choose from one of our system training options. Click here for further information. Step 4: Start using CMS Wizard Manage your account online via our private log in area where you can: - Buy domain names and hosting services for your website (if required).
You can use your supplier if you have one, or use our hosting / registration wizard. Please note that the packages require a MySql Database and pHP software to be active on the servers. If you select us to host your sites we will issue you with the details you require.
- Buy a licence key, which you will need to create a CMS website for your customers. The fee varies as to which CMS Wizard solution you choose. Please ask for a price guide.
- Install, adapt and use the package
Once you have your licence, domain name and hosting platform, you can upload the package, and use the installation wizard to tailor it to your client's needs. After this process, which takes no more than 15 minutes, you will have a fully functional website with a basic layout for you to adapt as you wish. During the installation you can choose which of the CMS modules you would like to include. You can simply turn on or off features e.g. a photo album or events page.
You will now have a fully functional CMS website, to which you can add your stunning design ready to delight to your customer. CMS Wizard allows your customers to access their website 24/7 and make updates/changes using a simple online text editor. |
