Property Websites

The property website has been designed for Estate agents and letting agents. The Content Management System will allow the agent to add an unlimited number of towns / areas and properties.  Using our innovative traffic light system, properties can be in one of three modes: 

• Green: Property is vacant - available to buy or let.  Website visitors can request a viewing
  
  
• Orange:  It is still showing on the site, but it a deposit has been paid (for lettings) - or offer has been accepted - (for sales). The viewing-request facility is disabled in this mode.
  
  
• Red:  The property is not visible on the site, but it is archived in the CMS.  This is especially useful for letting agents, because the property may become vacant again in six or twelve months.  When it does the agent simply clicks the green button to make it live again on the site.

Easy to use

As with all our packages, it is very easy for the agent to add their properties.

Data feeds 

An added benefit for this package is that we can provide upload feeds to the biggest property portals in the UK, including Rightmove, Find a Property and Prime Location.  If the agent has an account with those sites they can simply upload the website, using their CMS Wizard admin panel, and then update their portal account with two clicks of the mouse.
